Wevie Stonder ( /ˈwv ˈstʌndər/) is an absurdist electronic music collective, although some of them regard 'Electronic music' as simply a load of rubbish. 'Absurdist' didn't quite cover what they were/are up to, so they have in fact had to invent a new genre CACK Music and have now founded their own label CACK Records. They come from the United Kingdom and Germany. Their name is a spoonerism of the name of musician Stevie Wonder. Although there is a strong element of humour in their work, their music is still highly regarded.[1][2][3] The band have recorded sessions for BBC Radio 3's Mixing It and BBC Radio 1's The Breezeblock.[4]

They played their debut gig at Sónar 2000.
